Unfortunately Fed Ex had an issue with the overnight shipment and the T's spent an extra day in the mail! I recieved constant communication with the owner throughout the whole ordeal. Just wanted you to know we are so happy with our purchase of our female grey tree frog. We waited to write just to make sure she was a girl. Your company was the only company that actually sent us a girl (we have been trying for years). She is so smart and fits right in to our little family. We have huge fiddle leaf fig trees that we let the frogs hang on while we are carefully supervising them. She knows right where to go and what areas are off limits for the frogs! The boys are very happy with her and are treating her like the queen she is! I just wanted you to know how excited we are that we finally found a girl and are more than happy with your company! I originally ordered a big eye tree frog. Later I found out they were out of stock, so I asked to be notified when they got them back in stock. They actually did notify me which was great. Most reptile suppliers say they will, but don't. I placed my order on a Friday and got my critters early Tuesday. They all arived alive and beautiful! They are great with communication amd customer service. Even though I was ordering from 3000 miles away I felt as though i was face to face and in their store!
