Amazon Milk Frog, also called the Mission golden-eyed tree frog, is a species of arboreal frogs native to the Amazon Rainforest in South America. Fully mature, these frogs range in size from 2.5 to 4 inches in length. As they get order, their skin develops a slightly bumpy texture. These frogs get the "milk" in their name from the milky fluid these frogs excrete when stressed. Amazon Milk frogs are not that difficult to care for in captivity as long as you provide them with lots of space, humidity, and regular tank maintenance so they remain healthy.
