I ordered a few of the leaf frogs and leafs toads and got them the next day no problem. Opening the box realized that one set of frogs was wrong which made me a little scarred, but I let ReptilesNCritters.com know and the next day they had them replaced and into my hands by 10 AM and all looking great. I mean, can you ask for more? And Robert even dealt with my initial freak out as one never knows with the web, but here I can say for sure you are dealing with the best and any problem you have will be solved right away in a more then timely manor if you just let them know. I will do all my future business with them, just so much better then the rest, really gives me faith in people and getting anything live on the internet. I received my medium, wild caught, Pixie frog on time and in fine form. He was packaged nicely and healthy. He has ate twice, a goodly amount, and is active. I would order again from ReptilesNCritters. Robert answered my questions via email quickly. I'm really pleased with this purchase.
