The American Bullfrog is a large frog commonly found in eastern North America. They typically inhabit permanent water bodies such as swamps, ponds, and lakes. These frogs can also be found in artificial habitats such as pools, koi ponds, canals, ditches, and culverts. The Bullfrog gets its name from the male's sound during the breeding season, which sounds similar to a bull bellowing. What makes this Bullfrog all the more special is its bright orange color due to its albinism.
If you're thinking about getting an American Bullfrog as a pet, there are a few things you need to know about how to care for them. First, they need a lot of space. An adult bullfrog can grow up to 8 inches long, so you'll need an enclosure that's at least 10 gallons for one frog. You'll also need to provide a hiding place and some plants or other decorations for your frog to climb on.
American Bullfrogs are carnivores, so their diet consists mainly of live insects. You can feed them crickets, earthworms, and other small insects. It's important to dust the insects with calcium powder before providing them to your Bullfrog to ensure they get enough of this critical nutrient.
Bullfrogs are aquatic creatures, so they need a large water area in their enclosure. The water should be deep enough that the frog can fully submerge itself and should be changed regularly. A good quality aquatic filter is also recommended to help keep the water clean.
American Bullfrogs are social creatures, so it's best to keep more than one frog together. They can be housed with other species of frogs, but it's essential to make sure that the other frogs are roughly the same size as the American Bullfrogs, or they may become aggressive.
American Bullfrogs can live for up to 10 years in captivity with proper care. They make great pets for people who are patient and willing to provide them with the appropriate care.

Ordered two T's. A adult fenale striped knee and a adult female cobalt blue. I was accidentally shipped a male cobalt and notified reptiles n critters and they immediately shipped out a female and received her the next day. I'm very happy with the specimens I got and also how well the mistake was handled. Great service! I will definitely be ordering from them again
