I had questions about the Avicularia Metallica listing and received responses back in a very short amount of time. It was one of the things that convinced me to order from Reptiles-N-Critters, actually. The ordering process was simple and the shipping was quick. Actually, 'quick' might be an understatement. I placed the order on the 13th and received the shipment on 14th. I know it's sent overnight, but I guess I had assumed it would've left on the 14th and arrived on the 15th. No complaints from me (or the T.) about that, though. She arrived safe and sound and is enjoying her new home.

I ordered a viper boa from you guys late Friday night, to be shipped Monday. I got him late Tuesday evening(as the roads were bad where I'm at). But he is alive and kicking! He is very friendly and easygoing. You guys helped me by answering all my questions and making sure I was satisfied! Thanks for such a happy and healthy specimen!

Just wanted you to know we are so happy with our purchase of our female grey tree frog. We waited to write just to make sure she was a girl. Your company was the only company that actually sent us a girl (we have been trying for years). She is so smart and fits right in to our little family. We have huge fiddle leaf fig trees that we let the frogs hang on while we are carefully supervising them. She knows right where to go and what areas are off limits for the frogs! The boys are very happy with her and are treating her like the queen she is! I just wanted you to know how excited we are that we finally found a girl and are more than happy with your company!
