Black fat-tailed scorpion can be found throughout North and West Africa and the Middle East. Its natural habitats are deserts and semi-arid regions so it prefers warm temperatures.
Black fat-tailed scorpions use a fast-acting neurotoxic venom which attacks the central nervous system, causing paralysis in the nerves that are responsible for respiration, which ultimately causes death by respiratory failure. Due to the danger, these scorpions pose, sales to the general public are prohibited by our company. We will only sell these scorpions to zoos, medical research facilities or universities of higher learning.
