I originally ordered a big eye tree frog. Later I found out they were out of stock, so I asked to be notified when they got them back in stock. They actually did notify me which was great. Most reptile suppliers say they will, but don't. I placed my order on a Friday and got my critters early Tuesday. They all arived alive and beautiful! They are great with communication amd customer service. Even though I was ordering from 3000 miles away I felt as though i was face to face and in their store!

I had questions about the Avicularia Metallica listing and received responses back in a very short amount of time. It was one of the things that convinced me to order from Reptiles-N-Critters, actually. The ordering process was simple and the shipping was quick. Actually, 'quick' might be an understatement. I placed the order on the 13th and received the shipment on 14th. I know it's sent overnight, but I guess I had assumed it would've left on the 14th and arrived on the 15th. No complaints from me (or the T.) about that, though. She arrived safe and sound and is enjoying her new home.
