Imagine watching it climb and cling to vertical surfaces easily or listening to its distinctive call that sounds like a series of barks. The Vietnamese Mossy Frog is not only a stunning pet but also a low-maintenance one - it requires only a simple setup with a water dish, some plants, and a hiding spot. The Vietnamese Mossy Frog is the perfect choice if you're looking for a unique and captivating pet!
Caring for a Vietnamese Mossy Frog is relatively easy, but it requires specific attention to ensure its well-being. The enclosure should be at least 10 gallons with a secure lid, a water dish, and plenty of live plants and branches for climbing and hiding. The temperature should be kept between 75-85°F during the day and slightly cooler at night. Maintaining high humidity levels of around 80% is essential to replicate their natural habitat.
A suitable diet for the Vietnamese Mossy Frog consists of live insects such as crickets, mealworms, waxworms, and some small fish or shrimp. Dusting the food with calcium and vitamin D3 supplements is vital to prevent nutritional deficiencies. Regular water changes and enclosure cleaning are necessary to prevent bacteria buildup. With proper care and attention, your Vietnamese Mossy Frog can live a long, healthy life and continue mesmerizing you with its unique beauty and behavior.

I had someone out of the blue ask me about Reptiles-N-Critters since I had done a testimonial and assured the person that the only reason I have to think a minute was because EVERYTHING I have gotten from them is STILL ALIVE and needing care. Those he sexed for me have made it a constant challenge as the babies that they sold me originally are now having babies along with the adults. Sometime you can see by size the age range when they play "get on my back" and the babies are so tiney but they (Cordylus tropisternum) are so cute.
I do need more pac man frogs so I'll be ordering soon and I wont worry about it at all. They do all the worrying for you
