I received my healthy albino checkered garter snake in the mail with no blemishes. He is amazingly easy to hold and has never been aggressive or shown any signs of nervousness. He did have mites, but otherwise he is very nice and beautiful snake. Thank you Robert!

I originally ordered a big eye tree frog. Later I found out they were out of stock, so I asked to be notified when they got them back in stock. They actually did notify me which was great. Most reptile suppliers say they will, but don't. I placed my order on a Friday and got my critters early Tuesday. They all arived alive and beautiful! They are great with communication amd customer service. Even though I was ordering from 3000 miles away I felt as though i was face to face and in their store!

Ordered two T's. A adult fenale striped knee and a adult female cobalt blue. I was accidentally shipped a male cobalt and notified reptiles n critters and they immediately shipped out a female and received her the next day. I'm very happy with the specimens I got and also how well the mistake was handled. Great service! I will definitely be ordering from them again
