I got my child a garter snake from Petsmart, and it didn't look too good. My child's favorite website is reptilesncritters.com. She looked at the care guide on the website, and now the snake is the cutest, funniest, most active snake you would ever look at. Plus she had five little, healthy, active baby garter snakes! She was pregnet when we got her! Thank you reptilesncritters!

I originally ordered a big eye tree frog. Later I found out they were out of stock, so I asked to be notified when they got them back in stock. They actually did notify me which was great. Most reptile suppliers say they will, but don't. I placed my order on a Friday and got my critters early Tuesday. They all arived alive and beautiful! They are great with communication amd customer service. Even though I was ordering from 3000 miles away I felt as though i was face to face and in their store!

I ordered a few of the leaf frogs and leafs toads and got them the next day no problem. Opening the box realized that one set of frogs was wrong which made me a little scarred, but I let ReptilesNCritters.com know and the next day they had them replaced and into my hands by 10 AM and all looking great. I mean, can you ask for more? And Robert even dealt with my initial freak out as one never knows with the web, but here I can say for sure you are dealing with the best and any problem you have will be solved right away in a more then timely manor if you just let them know. I will do all my future business with them, just so much better then the rest, really gives me faith in people and getting anything live on the internet. Thank you so much again all the guys look great and calling a ton :)
