I wanted to take the time to personally thank you for my new additions. I ordered 2 Haplopelma Minax. Unfortunately Fed Ex had an issue with the overnight shipment and the T's spent an extra day in the mail! I recieved constant communication with the owner throughout the whole ordeal. Phone calls and emails. The specimens are GORGEOUS and angry as ever. I will definitely order from here again! THANK YOU!

I received my Red Tail Green Rat Snake about a week ago. I was nervous ordering a wild caught snake sight unseen. But I had nothing to worry about. It's a beautiful snake. Even my wife who is not a snake person said it was "pretty". I was also concerned that I might have a problem getting a wild caught snake to eat. Again, nothing to worry about. In the week I've had her she's eaten two frozen/thawed adult mice. I'm extremely happy with my purchase. You can count on me ordering from you again. Thank you.

I had ordered a Red Eyed Tree Frog about a month or so ago. She arrived, beautiful and healthy. Although, she ended up with a small wound on her nose from shipping. Our frog ended up getting sick and after several vet visits, didn't make it. Robert at Reptiles-N-Critters was fantastic with answering my questions on how to care for the sick frog. I wrote to him when the frog died and he offered to ship me another one at no charge, I just covered the shipping. That was so wonderful! I just received my new frog today and she is just as beautiful and this time did not get injured in shipping. Thank you Robert for all your help! We are happy customers!
