What a great company, Just received a beautiful horned pacman frog and a scary scorpion.. One of many orders that arrived safe and sound. Only one time there was a small mishap that they instantly corrected Awesome Customer service.

Ordered two T's. A adult fenale striped knee and a adult female cobalt blue. I was accidentally shipped a male cobalt and notified reptiles n critters and they immediately shipped out a female and received her the next day. I'm very happy with the specimens I got and also how well the mistake was handled. Great service! I will definitely be ordering from them again

I wanted to take the time to personally thank you for my new additions. I ordered 2 Haplopelma Minax. Unfortunately Fed Ex had an issue with the overnight shipment and the T's spent an extra day in the mail! I recieved constant communication with the owner throughout the whole ordeal. Phone calls and emails. The specimens are GORGEOUS and angry as ever. I will definitely order from here again! THANK YOU!

I ordered two baby tomato frogs from them and they came in about an hour earlier than expected but that's great which means less time to wait. They came in a deli cup and they were hoppin around. It was great.

I received a pair of rubber boas that are properly sexed and robustly healthy in appearance. They were professionally packed and shipped with a heat pack. Despite a cold weather delay in Tennessee they arrived at my door warm and comfortable. Reptiles and Critters.com provided surprisingly nice animals with fast, excellent service. I would definitely buy from them again.
